General Adaptation Syndrome

Question: Which one of Hans Selye's "general adaptation syndrome" stages are you most sensitive to? Why is that? Answer: After going through three stages of Hans Selyes General Adaptation Syndrome (GAS), I have understood that I am in the middle stage, i.e. Resistance stage. In this stage, body shifts with the foundation of anxiety being probably determined (Szabo, Tache Somogyi, 2012). Human body reallocates into this second step with the source of pressure being probably resoluted. However, it can be stated that stress hormone in this level light return to the normal but human being might have reduced defenses and adaptive energy shift (Chrousos, Loriaux Gold, 2013).
